Submission Requirements
1. Authorship & Responsibility Form
- All manuscripts must be submitted alongside a signed Authorship Responsibility Undertaking Form, endorsed by each listed author.
2. Copyright Form
- An originally signed Copyright Release Form is mandatory and should be uploaded during submission.

Peer-Review & Revision Process
- Initial Screening
- Manuscripts are checked for format adherence, originality, and relevance to AASE’s scope.
- Double-Blind Peer Review
- Qualified reviewers evaluate the manuscript and submit comments and recommendations.
- Revision Stage
- Authors receive reviewer/editor feedback and are expected to submit a revised version within 4 weeks.
- Final Decision
- The editorial team issues the final acceptance decision based on revisions and review quality.
Ethics & Originality Declaration
- Submission of a manuscript to AASE confirms that:
- The work is original, not previously published, and not being considered elsewhere.
- All authors have reviewed and approved the final version.
- Conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
- For studies involving human or animal subjects, the responsible author must state that relevant ethics committee or IRB approval was obtained
