Manuscript Guidelines

Author Responsibilities

Authors must thoroughly review the Manuscript Guidelines before submission and ensure that their manuscript adheres to the journal’s formatting and ethical policies. The corresponding author is responsible for confirming that:

  • All listed authors have contributed to, reviewed, and approved the manuscript.
  • The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Ethical compliance plagiarism, data integrity, authorship has been maintained.

General Manuscript Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: Double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page numbers: Bottom of each page
  • Layout: Single-column with continuous line numbering
  • Language: English

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page
    • Concise, informative, no abbreviations
    • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors
    • Corresponding author clearly identified
    • 3–7 keywords
  2. Abstract (100–250 words)
    • No references or abbreviations
    • Clear and standalone summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  3. Main Text
    • Introduction: Provide background, identify gaps, and state objectives
    • Materials and Methods: Detailed for reproducibility, with ethical approvals where applicable
    • Results: Present findings clearly; use tables/figures as needed
    • Discussion: Interpret results in context, discuss significance, compare with prior work
    • Conclusion: Summarize key findings, implications, and possible future directions
    • Acknowledgments: Credit funding sources and supporting contributors
    • Conflict of Interest: Declare any financial or personal conflicts
  4. References
    • Use Harvard referencing style
    • Include article titles
    • References must be listed in the order of appearance
    • Use “et al.” for 3 or more authors
    • Reference minimums:
      • Review articles: ≥ 100
      • Original articles: ≥ 30
      • Short communications: ≥ 20
    • Limit references from a single journal to 4–6 max

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be cited in order in the text
  • Place figure legends below figures; table captions above tables
  • Avoid redundant information in both text and visuals
  • Define all symbols and abbreviations
  • Preferred formats:
    • Figures: EPS, PDF, JPEG, TIFF
    • Tables: Excel or embedded in Word
    • Maps: Include scale and direction indicators

Ethics and Compliance

  • Authors must comply with publication ethics.
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited
  • Studies involving humans or animals must include ethics approval statements

Copyright & Disclosure Forms

Upon acceptance, the corresponding author must submit:

  • Copyright Release Form
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
    These forms must be signed and submitted along with the proof of publication fee payment.

Publication Fee

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is required upon acceptance.
Payment proof must be submitted along with copyright forms.
Fees support the open-access model and indexing services.
